Product Changes

Product changes can be made within 14 days of delivery.

In order to change the products, you must fill in the return form that you will find on the package.

The form must be completed with all the details and must accompany the item you are returning. Then you will inform the courier that we sent you your order and you will return the product without any shipping costs.

In contact with the customer service of our online store, you will choose the new item that interests you.

In case the new item is of greater value, you will have to pay the difference with the payment methods mentioned on our site.

In case the new item is of lower value the difference will be able to remain on the customer's card and be used in your next purchase.

In Cyprus the customer charges the shipping fee for each change.

In case the customer wants a second change, you will be charged all the shipping costs.

ATTENTION: The items you return must be unused with their cards and their packaging intact.

Changes in products purchased from IDIL.GR can also be made in the physical stores of the IDIL group.

RETURNS PRODUCT MENTHEMODE SINGLE MEMBER P.C. CHARGE

The customer has the right to return the products purchased from the online store at a charge of MENTHEMODE SINGLE MEMBER P.C., in the following cases:

1. Through the fault of IDIL.GR, products were sold incorrectly either by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing or in the shipping.

2. Through the fault of IDIL.GR, products were sold in defective condition, which were either damaged during transport or there was initial damage to the product.

In these cases, the customer can either refuse receipt or request a refund.

For the return of the products, the customer must fill in the return form with all the details and state the reasons for the return, and accompany the product.
The products should be in excellent condition and without any damage.
The packaging of the returned product must be the original that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition.

RETURNS PRODUCTS WITH CUSTOMER CHARGE

The customer reserves the right to return the products for personal reasons within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

In this case, the cost of returning the products is borne by the shipping method of his choice.

Returns will be accepted if:

For the return of the products, the customer must fill in the return form with all the details and state the reasons for the return, and accompany the product.
The products should be in excellent condition and without any damage.
The packaging of the returned product must be the original that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition money return.

In case of a refund option that corresponds to the value of the products ordered by the customer, the credit process will be completed within 30 calendar days from the date when IDIL.GR will receive the returned products.

Credit will be made in the same way that the order was paid.
