Electronic payments are completed through the relevant provider. Your bank or provider may request additional authentication under the applicable rules. We do not ask you to send PINs, one-time codes or full card details by email or chat. 

Use an up-to-date device, check the website address and avoid sharing your passwords. If you notice a suspicious transaction, promptly notify your bank and idil.gr customer service. These recommendations do not restrict your statutory rights concerning unauthorised payments.
