Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, inform us promptly at ecommerce@idil.gr, quoting your order number. You may also contact +30 210 3605 700. We will inform you of its status and cancellation without undue delay. 

If a contract has already been concluded and you exercise withdrawal, the statutory refund periods described in the Returns Policy apply. Withdrawal can also be notified before receipt. If no contract had been concluded and funds have been collected, they are refunded without undue delay. 

If your order has already been dispatched, you retain the right of withdrawal where provided by law. Failing to collect a parcel does not in itself replace a clear withdrawal statement. We do not impose a cancellation penalty for the lawful exercise of a right.
